1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our websites and our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, then you may not access the website or use any services provided by MZSCRIPT LAB.

2. B2B White-Label Service Agreement

MZSCRIPT LAB provides premium copywriting and content creation services on a white-label basis to other marketing, SEO, and web development agencies. All deliverables created under a white-label contract become the intellectual property of the purchasing agency upon final payment, unless otherwise stipulated in a customized Master Service Agreement (MSA).

3. Revisions and Approvals

Standard engagements include a set number of revision rounds (usually two) within scope. Any requests outside the agreed project scope or exceeding the standard revision limit will be billed at an additional hourly rate or a separate custom quote.

4. Payment Terms

Invoices are generally issued upfront for project-based work, or on a monthly retainer schedule for ongoing overflow management. Late payments may result in a pause of active deliverables and incur a late fee of 1.5% per month, standard in B2B agreements, until paid in full.

5. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided on an "as-is" and "as available" basis. MZSCRIPT LAB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use our services.
